//Tasks:

• Technical leadership: Together with your team of 5, consisting of long-standing experts and young professionals, focus on the important topics.

• Senior role in the project: Lead development projects to ensure that schedules and quality standards are met and expanded

• Capacity planning & recruiting: Place your team members in suitable project compositions and support recruiting.

• Quality management: Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards and quality guidelines with team in all projects

• Team development: Mentoring and further development of team members through regular development meetings.

Must-have:  

• Drive for leadership topics: Not just hitting the keys, but also gaining experience in leadership

• Experience in the development of front-end applications: with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Figma, HTML, CSS and frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Agile methodology knowledge: In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and processes.

• Communication skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders

• Fluency in German (at least C1) and English, both verbal and written.

Strong plus points:

• Experience from the Data-as-a-Service sector.

• Keen on real project diversity and a Team Lead role that is not (only) managing, but stays anchored in the project business.
