The application process at NEXT
Step 2
First Interview
After a detailed screening of your "self-presentation/documents", we invite you to get to know each other via Video Call [45-90 mins].
Step 3
On-site Meeting
Get to know your new office and future colleagues. Get a comprehensive picture to make your decision. Usually, we will tell you whether and when you can join our team at this point.
Step 4
4. Step: Contract and start @NEXT
As soon as you have accepted our offer, your journey/onboarding with NEXT can start.
